It was outside of down-town & on our travel route. The price was very nice for our needs.

Front desk clerk does not know how to greet customers or smile. Room door lock is difficult. Lounge chair missing. Lamps unplugged.

Had an exit door in common area hall that slammed everytime someone used it.

The room was a nice size, comfortable and clean. A great value. The hotel was close to dining, and we actually walked to a good restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was also very good quality.

The stay in general was very enjoyable. The breakfast that was complimentary was outstanding and included fresh make your own waffles, fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs and bacon, a variety of breakfast pastries, bagels as well as cereal ! Amazing offering!

We did not stay there. After checking in and seeing our room we turned around and went back to the front desk and asked them to cancel our reservation because we were not going to stay there even one night.
The room was dirty, especially the bathroom, and it smelled.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean. The breakfast was well balanced with protein and carbs. Delicious. The convenience.

It is close to Tanglewood, a venue we visit at least twice every summer. Though the prices in the Berkshires are expensive during the summer music and arts season, we always find excellent value through www.Booked.net.
No real complaints. Breakfast is only so-so, but all else is always good.

My wife and I were going to a college commencement in North Adams, and having lived in Pittsfield in the early '50s, we thought it was a good choice. My aging parents and a sister also live in Pittsfield, so this made for a convenient place to stay. I also appreciated that the whole Comfort Inn was non-smoking.
